Roaster's Choice 082907 Ethiopia Yirgacheffe - Kochere District

Aromatics are sweet jasmine and honeysuckle with lime and other citrus notes in the cup.

A hint of 'all-world' spice flavors continue to linger in the aftertaste.
This unique Yirgacheffe is highly recommended.

super freshness

Yiching says--

We always cook our Chewy Pearls (the tapioca balls) fresh, and it's a very good thing. Recently we got a new and fresh shipment of the "raw" Pearls from Taiwan, and we've noticed that they are very "lively" when we cook them... because they are so fresh!

overflown

Overflowing due to the extreme freshness of Pearls!

burnt marks

Barely burnt bottom?

Anyhow, we're being extra careful when we cook these, and continue offering you the best and fresh Chewy Pearls and bubble tea!

Roaster's Choice 081907 El Salvador Monte Leon

José Antonio Salaverria uses a “natural process”, much like the Brazilian method on this El Salvador Bourbon coffee.

This coffee begins with bold honey in the cup followed by a hint of pear and almond highlights on top of a deep chocolate. A remarkable cup.

Roaster's Choice 081107 Brazil Moreninha Formosa

This is a remarkable coffee for two reasons:
1) The African raised bed (screen) drying process is used which brings a remarkable fruited note to this thick bodied chocolate tasting coffee.
2) The owners of the mill advance 70% of the price of the coffee to the workers to deliver ripe cherries to the milling station.
This encourages higher quality production and a higher quality cup.

Luscious mouthfeel, deep chocolate notes with fruited highlights. This goes fast!
Come get it before it runs out!

This crop of Sulawesi has tobacco and rustic earth tones in the cup, with subtle hints of roasted macadamia and some lingering fruit notes.
