Roaster's Choice 121607 Ethiopia Harrar Trabocca Oromia - FTO

This is a rare find among the 2007 Harrar lots as it has been a difficult year for this region. In the cup you will find apricot, cinnamon, fragrant spice, and hints of macadamia nut. As it cools there is a wild tea-like aspect that befits this strangely dynamic cup.

A welcome addition to your tastebuds.

Roaster's Choice 121007 Kenya Ruiru Peaberry - Oaklands Estate, Lot 400

A limited AA auction lot from the Oaklands Estate in the Ruiru district of Kenya.

This coffee will attack your tastebuds! Bursting orange notes with hints of floral and grapefruit in the cup. A creamy body with tea-like aspects, along with a sweet honey finish with just a hint of orange zest, cap off a wonderful Kenyan.

Angel Tree for Homeless Pets

angel tree 2007

This holiday season, caffe d'bolla is giving a slice of Heaven to our four footed friends! caffe d'bolla is hosting an angel tree to support the needs of the animals at No More Homeless Pets.

Frisky felines and playful pups need food, treats, toys, blankets, and most, a home. Yiching has made ornaments out of the photos and profiles of the pets that need homes, and you can pick up an ornament and fulfill a homeless pet's wish. caffe d'bolla will reward the fulfilling of gifts on the angel tree with lattes, in-house fresh-roasted coffee, and gift cards.

caffe d'bolla continues to be dedicated in helping homeless pets and is donating time, effort, money, and tasty drinks for a 'Good Cause for Paws'.

Come help bring plenty of wags and purrs this holiday season!

Fulfill a wish today!

Roaster's Choice 120107 El Salvador San Emilio Estate

This 100% natural processed Bourbon hails from the Northernmost area of El Salvador. It is a SHB (strictly hard bean) and it's density translates to the cup. Whether roasted to City+ or a Full City Roast, this coffee is sweetness in the cup.

A naturally syrupy body with nut and balanced fruit tones layered within a mild bittersweet chocolate. Darker roasts accentuate the bittersweet chocolate tones, while a lighter roast will present a greater balance between bright and bittersweet.
