Roaster's Choice 102607 Organic DP Ethiopian Sidamo *Special Selection*

This coffee, from the Fero Cooperative, begins by picking only the ripe, red, cherries. It is is quickly screen-dried on raised beds and carefully hand sorted.

In the cup it's full of intense fruit, rich aromatic spices, and a bittersweet note throughout the ever changing cup. The flavors may vary from cup to cup, but the joy and complexity of this Sidamo is worth the adventure.

silly cups

Yiching says--

We use these thinner and softer cups for our iced drinks at the caffe that can be sealed on the top (so we don't need to use lids) and more eco-friendly.

We love these cups, but because they are softer, we'd see some silly ones once in a while...

Of course we don't use them on customers. We put them away and use them ourselves.

At least they are still sealable, and are unique and sorta cool looking.

Roaster's Choice 101707 Nicaragua Matagalpa Pacamara Peaberry

This bean is the unique hybid of the Arabica Pacas cultivar and the Margogype (Elephant Bean) and is a Peaberry. (Pacas + Margogype = Pacamara)

The cup begins with a lingering floral note and immediately flows into a tangy, spicy sweetness. The cup cools into a complex layered cup consisting of mango and other fruits hovering on an undertone of sweet and smokey tobacco with a hint of spice. This adventurous cup will leave you wanting more.
