Our trip to Seattle was wonderful. We met with wonderful roasters, baristas, shop owners, and other specialists in the industry. We will continue learning and perfecting our craft to bring you the best drinks possible.

Coffee Convention

We have a new small shipment of Panama Carmen Estate available for 'Roast to Order'. It's consistently been in the top three 'Best of Panama' since the inception of the competitions. A truly remarkable coffee.

I've been experimenting with different designs that I pour in the lattes. Recently I've been making the stem a bit longer and I like how it looks.

As you may have noticed, coconut has been the most popular of our d'toast, and Steve, single handedly made coffee our #2! Today I opened up yet another jar of the coffee spread, and it looked lovely. Be sure to try some of the d'toast some time soon!
