Roaster's Choice 062007 Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - Kochere District

John says--

This is one of the most remarkable Ethiopians I have tasted.

Aromatics are sweet jasmine and honeysuckle with lime and other citrus notes in the cup. A hint of 'all-world' spice flavors continue to linger in the aftertaste. A cuppers dream.

Roaster's Choice 061207 Bolivia Caranavi FTO

This Bolivian coffee is from the award winning Ceneproc Co-op, which won the #1 spot in the Bolivian coffee competition from 2003-2005, and has consistently remained within the top 10.

This coffee cups wonderfully, with flavors of vanilla, hazelnut, and sweet red apple nestled on a bed of soft chocolate. Yum.
