This coffee is produced in the town of Tonggi, in the Lake Toba region by the indigenous Batak peoples who hand sort the small peaberry lots.

Sweet throughout the cup. Red wine aromatics, with plum, and a touch of cinnamon and clove in the finish. A rare and unusual Sumatran.
